How to use Conditional Formatting
Why use Conditional Formatting
Conditional Formatting allows you to set conditions on a column and change the color and/or background of a value if those conditions are met. It works much like filtering your results, but instead of filtering results out or keeping results in, you give matching results a different appearance.
How to use Conditional Formatting
-
On the lists page click on Formatting.

-
Click on the "Add Rule" button (1) and select your column. Set the conditions (2) for the rule. Set the color (3) for the value.

-
Click Save & Apply and the formatting will be applied to all column values that meet your conditions.

-
Click the "+" button to add multiple rules for the same column.

-
You can change the priorities of your rules by dragging them in place. The rules will be applied from top to bottom.

-
Hit Save & Apply when you are done. All rules will now be applied to your lists page.

How to enable Conditional Formatting
- Go to the column settings screen: Dashboard > Settings > Admin Columns
- Scroll down to Settings > Toggle Elements.
-
Here you can toggle Conditional Formatting on or off.

How to add more Color Styles
If you want to add more color combinations you can use this filter acp/conditional_format/formats . On Github you will find some color examples you can use, but you can also create your own.
